Welcome to Wagar Haus, a one-of-a-kind retreat in the heart of the Hudson Valley—perfect for families, groups, and getaways with friends. Set on a spacious property just two hours from NYC, this modern 5-bedroom home offers a rare feature you won’t find elsewhere: your own private indoor pickleball court. Rain or shine, the game is always on.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. Wagar Haus is packed with amenities designed for connection and relaxation, including a heated pool, hot tub, game room, private movie room, and cozy indoor fireplace. Whether you're serving up a match, soaking in the spa, or gathering for movie night, there's something here for everyone.

Other things to note
Pool is opened from May through September weather permitting. Please message us before booking if you're planning to stay and use the pool in mid to late September
Please make sure your reservation accurately represents the number of people staying on the property. There may be extra per person/per night fees, even after check-in. The base price of the house is based on 16 people. Each person after that is $85 per night.
To ensure guest safety and enhance liability measures, we kindly request a complete list of guest names, including ages, as well as a list of vehicles with their corresponding license plate numbers for the reservation. Thank you for your cooperation.

We recommend buying travel insurance to the platform or through an outside third-party company. This will further protect your trip if you have to cancel outside of the cancellation window. Please note that every policy is different.
